Deshamanya
Dr Lalith Kotelawala was appointed as Chief
Executive of The Finance Company Limited
in the 1960s. The dynamic transformation
of The Finance Company Limited under his
stewardship, established his credentials
as a leading businessman. His thirst for
greater challenges spurred him to diversify
into a variety of other businesses.
He
deems no task to be too big, no hurdle too
difficult to overcome. From Banking, Insurance,
Credit Cards, Finance, Real Estate, Travel,
Healthcare to tourism, the latest Information
Technology services, Ceylinco is everywhere;
as much of an omnipotent presence in the
corporate world, as it is in households
across the nation.
The Board of Investments (BOI) of Sri Lanka
was decentralized in 2003 into 5 divisions.
Deshamanya Dr Lalith Kotalawala with his
vast experience in economic development
was appointed as Chairman of the North Western
& Central Regional Economic Development
Commissions by the President of Sri Lanka.

Deshamanya Dr Lalith Kotelawala, Mrs.Sicille
Kotelawala plays a key role in the group's
progress. She is the daughter of the former
Minister of Justice, the late Senator Hon.
Sam P. C. Fernando who was also the Ambassador
for Sri Lanka in Egypt with accreditation
to Lebanon, Sudan, Jordan and Yugoslavia.

Mr.
W. A. B. M. Ranaweera was a ppointed
to the Board of Directors of Ceylinco Securities
& Financial Services Ltd in year 1994,
as Executive Director. He joined Ceylinco
Group in year 1982 and held several senior
positions prior to the appointment of Executive
Director.
He
is a fellow member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and
holds a hons. Degree in Commerce from
the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.

|
Mr.
Bathiya Satharasinghe is the Director/ General
Manager of Ceylinco Selna Limited. He is
an international S.C.V. (Senior Certified
Valuer) license holder from the Real Estate
Institute, Minnesota and is well versed
in local & international Real Estate
law and regulations. He is also a member
of the Institute of Management, London.
Mr. Bathiya Satharasinghe possesses of over
17 years of experience in Real Estate and
has served as Director-Real Estate for Asian
Finance Ltd, AFL Developers Ltd and Ceylinco
Land Exchange Ltd.
He pioneered the highly successful "Night
Sales" concept in Sri Lanka.

Joined
the Board on January 26, 1998 and the parent
company CSFSL in year 1991. Currently, he
is the Executive Director of CSFSL Group
and a Director of Ceylinco Shriram Securities
Ltd. He has over 20 years local and international
experience in banking with specialization
in treasury and fund management. He holds
a Bachelor of Science (Hon) Degree from
the University of Colombo and is a member
of the Institute of Bankers.

Mr.
C. K. Gamage joined
the parent company CSFSL in May 1996 and
was appointed to the Board of Directors
in January 2001. He is a fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, the
Institute of Certified Management Accountants
of Australia and Sri Lanka. He represents
the Director Boards of Asian Finance Ltd,
Ceylinco Land Exchange Limited and Ceylinco
Foliage Exports Ltd. He has over 10 years
of experience in the fields of accounts,
auditing finance & corporate planning.
